Ciloms Parking Terms & Conditions

Please read these conditions carefully before making a booking or using the car park. By entering the premises, you agree to the following:

1. Vehicles are only accepted for parking and persons (“you”) may only enter or use these premises (“the car park”) on these terms. If you do not accept or understand them, do not enter. If you’ve entered, you must leave immediately without charge — seek staff assistance if needed.
2. Keys must be left with staff for operational reasons.
3. No liability is accepted for loss or damage to your vehicle, its contents, or accessories, including when transported at your request outside the car park.
4. Staff are not authorised to accept goods for safekeeping. No responsibility is accepted for any items claimed to be left in their care.
5. Vehicles may be delivered to anyone presenting the correct claim check or other satisfactory proof of entitlement.
6. Staff may enter, move, or drive your vehicle as needed, including off-site if arranged.
7. No guaranteed delivery time for your vehicle unless agreed; reasonable notice is required.
8. Vehicles are left at your own risk. You indemnify staff and management from injury or damage, whether or not they were at fault.
9. All charges must be paid in full. A lien may be exercised over your vehicle until payment is received.
10. No changes to these terms are valid unless signed by management.
11. These terms do not override your rights under the Trade Practices Act 1974 or Fair Trading Act 1999.
